The Folklorico Series was inspired by the colorful skirts worn by Folklorico dancers. I wanted to capture the movement of the skirts as they were swaying and swooshing to the music. My mother was the inspiration for the series since she danced in a Folklorico group when she was young. Size is approximately 6 1/2”h x 5”w. Available at Laurel Ridge Antiques in Gonzales, Texas.
